Our commitment

AutoFront AIis built to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, or other assistive technology. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across our public pages and each shop's customer check-in form.

What we do

  • Every page works with a keyboard alone: visible focus indicators, a skip-to-content link, and no keyboard traps.
  • Forms have programmatic labels, clear plain-language error messages announced to assistive technology, and mobile-friendly input types.
  • The multi-step check-in form announces each step to screen readers and never loses your entries when something needs correcting.
  • Color is never the only way information is conveyed, and text contrast meets WCAG AA in both light and dark mode.
  • We test with automated accessibility tooling (axe) as part of development, alongside manual keyboard checks.

Found a barrier?

If any part of AutoFront AI— or a shop's check-in page powered by it — is difficult for you to use, please tell us at star.sales.business@gmail.com. Describe the page and what happened, and we will work with you to provide the information or service another way while we fix it.
